Roger J. Guerin received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame
in 1968 and earned his law degree from the University of Illinois in 1971. Upon
graduation he was hired by the firm of Rothschild, Barry & Myers where he became a
partner and remained there until 2001. His primary areas of practice were real estate
matters and general litigation, including construction litigation and employment
descrimination matters.
In 2001, Mr. Guerin left the firm to enter the private sector, becoming President
and General Counsel of Driehaus Enterprises Management, Inc. This engagement ended
in July, 2005, and shortly thereafter he joined the firm as a partner. Mr. Guerin brings
to the firm almost 35 years of experience in the field of real estate law, with an
extensive litigation background, to assist with any problem that might arise.
